This explains what we collect, why, who it goes to, and how to get rid of it. It's short because we don't collect much.
Northentic Primal is operated by [registered entity name], ABN 92 914 841 276, of [postal address], Australia. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
Questions, or you want your data: trent.mason@northenticprimal.com.au
The rest is the detail.
When you take the quiz — your answers, your result, and your email address if you give us one to get the report.
When you buy something — your name, email, billing details, what you bought and when. Card details go to our payment processor, not to us.
When you apply for the Immersion — your answers to the application questions. Some of these are personal. They're read by Trent and nobody else.
Before an in-person program — your health declaration: medical conditions, medications, allergies, dietary requirements, and an emergency contact. See section 3.
When you book a call — your name, email and the time you chose.
When you email us — whatever's in the email.
When you use the site — pages visited, roughly where in the world you are, what device you're on, and how you got here. See section 8.
Health and dietary information is "sensitive information" under Australian privacy law and gets handled accordingly.
Why we collect it. So nobody has an avoidable medical emergency four hours from a hospital, and so the food is safe to eat.
How we treat it.
We don't make automated decisions that have a legal effect on you. Applications are read by a person.
Taking the quiz, buying something or applying puts you on our list. We said so at the point you did it, and we're saying it again here.
Every email has a working unsubscribe link, and it takes effect immediately. We comply with the Spam Act 2003.
Unsubscribing from marketing doesn't stop the emails you paid for or your booking confirmations. If you want those stopped too, email us.
We use these services to run the business. Each one sees only what it needs.
| Service | What for | What it sees |
|---|---|---|
| Kit | Name, email, tags, what you've opened | |
| ThriveCart | Checkout | Name, email, order details |
| Stripe | Payments | Card and billing details — we never see these |
| Netlify | Website hosting | Standard server logs |
| Calendly | Call bookings | Name, email, booking time |
| Meta | Advertising | Site activity via the pixel — see section 8 |
We don't sell your personal information, and we never will. Nobody on that list is a data broker and none of them get your data for their own marketing.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or where it's needed to deal with a serious threat to someone's life, health or safety.
Every provider in the table above stores data on servers outside Australia, primarily in the United States.
By using this site and giving us your details, you consent to that. Each of these providers operates under its own privacy commitments, and we've picked established ones — but we can't control overseas handling to the standard Australian law requires of us, and we're telling you that plainly rather than burying it.
The site uses cookies to keep it working and to measure advertising.
The Meta pixel is installed on this site. It tells Meta when you visit a page, take the quiz or buy something, so we can measure whether our ads work and show ads to people like you. It may connect your activity here to your Facebook or Instagram account.
You can stop this. Turn off ad personalisation in your Facebook or Instagram settings, block cookies in your browser, or use a browser that blocks trackers by default. Blocking them won't break the site.
Everything sits behind the security of the providers in section 6 — encrypted in transit, access-controlled, two-factor authentication on every account we hold.
No system is perfectly secure and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something. If a breach happens that's likely to cause you serious harm, we'll tell you and we'll tell the OAIC, as the law requires.
Email trent.mason@northenticprimal.com.au and you can:
We'll respond within 30 days, and usually the same week. There's no charge and we won't ask why.

If you're not happy with how we handle it, you can go to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner — oaic.gov.au, or 1300 363 992.
If this changes materially we'll update the date at the top, and if it affects how we use information you've already given us, we'll email you.
